Standing Layback Prep Program
Standing Layback is like you’re hanging upside-down from your hip flexor, but because we sit a lot, your hip flexors are usually super tight and cranky. The Standing Layback Prep Program covers hips, back, and chest warm-ups, stretches, and active flexibility exercises, with a heavy focus on upper back activation and back bending safety so that you can achieve safe and strong Standing Layback!

You will receive 20+ exercises, complete with photos and instructions of all the exercises. You will also receive a FREE 60-minute private online session as well as its recording! During this session, you will go through some of the exercises to make sure you’re doing them in the most beneficial and proper way, as well as to make the exercises personalized to fit your current body condition.
