Cancelation Policy

If you have to cancel the session, please let Kae know at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time, and you will receive a make-up lesson. Make-up lessons not used after 3 months will be considered forfeited. Make sure to contact Kae and book your make-up session soon. No show or failure to notify me within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson.
